We at Source Motors want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but understand that sometimes that just doesn't happen. If you are not happy with your purchase we will do whatever possible to get it corrected or accept your return for a full refund or exchange.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your product to return it for a refund.
Please note however, the product must be un-used, in it's original packaging and resellable for a full refund. We ask that you give us a call and let us know that you would like to return your product and we will issue a RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Please be sure to call us first, as often times a situation can be resolved over the phone, or a missing piece can be sent to correct an installation issue. Further, we want to be sure that we know who the return is coming from so that it can be properly credited.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we got it and the status of your refund. Assuming your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card (or original method of payment). You can expect to see the credit back within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send your product back to us. Additionally, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless, we request otherwise of you, please send your shipment to the following address:
